Monday – Negative Control (no fragrance in either room)

This acted as the negative control to test what effect the general set up of the rooms would have on participants.

Result
The installation was only open for a short time on Monday so the results are slightly skewed! However, it seems that people prefer room 1 by over 20%, perhaps due to the disappointment of room 2 ‘appearing’ to be the same.
